Marmite Teams up with Monsterism Artist for Valentines E-Cards

We all know the feeling, we open our inboxes on Valentines day to find several naff e-cards from anonymous admirers. The cheesey music, the rudimentary illustrations doing their very best to make you queezy.

In an attempt to change things up a bit, yeast based spread brand Marmite have teamed up with street artist Pete Fowler, known for his iconic Monsterist illustrations for bands such as Super Furry Animals and The Horrors, to create three e-cards for Valentines Day.

Fowler says ““Marmite is my ultimate passion – after my girlfriend – so it was the yeast I could do to design the e-cards. Hopefully, they will get people spreading the love on Valentine’s Day.””

“It was the yeast I could do” – Fowler

The e-cards, which will be available to send for free, will be released on www.facebook.com/Marmite on Friday 10th February, each one including a special recipe. Plenty of time to think of Marmite based puns. There’ll also be a chance to win one of 10 limited edition signed gift sets worth over £150.
