Cody Harris is a partner with Keker, Van Nest & Peters where he has handled a number of high-stakes securities class actions, as well as criminal investigations, high-profile antitrust matters, and complex commercial disputes for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local business owners. Mr. Harris also spent a year trying and resolving cases as a Santa Clara Deputy District Attorney, and has taught Constitutional Law through the Stanford Continuing Studies Program for several years. He has been named among California’s Top Lawyers Under 40 and a California Lawyer of the Year by the Daily Journal. He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and clerked for the Hon. David S.
