A: Our Employee Morale ensures enthusiasm about Client Service, and without that, we couldn't succeed at Client Retention or hope to gain in the area of Client Growth.

A: Founding partners Ray Wilson and David Blanchard combined their 60+ years of property management experience to meet a real market need for a hands-on, service-oriented property management company.

Q: What is the next priority for your business?

A: Effective Condominium Management includes not only managing the corporation but the community as well. Our largest asset is our people and the dedication and commitment they bring to enhancing the living experience of the residents in your community.

Q: How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?

A: Members of Wilson, Blanchard's team of Condominium Managers receive regular training, continuing education and attend industry related seminars and conferences to stay abreast of changes in legislation, technologies and services affecting the condominium industry.

Q: What makes your business unique in the market?

A: A specially developed, comprehensive and detailed manager's report is forwarded to the Board every month together with accurate and timely financial reporting. Our quarterly corporate newsletter, the WB Condo Connection, is provided to each of our client Boards highlighting Ontario condominium related articles and educational items.
