As an Ottawa-based Chiropractor and Functional Medicine Practitioner, an international speaker and the author of many books related to health, she’s been devoting her life to helping the average person have a healthier life.
Using her own testimony and real-life stories from some of her patients, Hack Your Health Habits will take the reader through simple and easy to do everyday changes, making it simple and less confusing to attain the goal of getting to that ideal weight, having tons of energy and feeling great.

In today’s world, everyone is busy with hectic routines, kids, jobs and just trying to keep up with everything that needs to be done within a 24 hour period – and that can seriously take away from one thinking about their health. In the book, it covers everything – sort of like a Health Almanac where you can find solutions for skin issues, detoxifying, hormonal issues and how to maintain a balanced healthy life. The book also comes with a playbook that helps with the hacks in the book. It’s an easy, read-along guide that helps make a plan for the reader to keep these lifestyle changes.
For 2019, she is offering a FREE 7-Day Hack Your Health Habits Challenge to all who register. The challenge begins on Monday, January 7, 2019. Those who sign up will receive an email each morning with their three challenges for that day. Dr. Beauchamp graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1996. She also received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and was recently certified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner by the Institute of Functional Medicine.
She has owned and operated her private practice, Santé Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in Ottawa, Canada, for over 20 years. Additionally, she is a former natural bodybuilder and figure competitor.
