“I’m pleased to welcome Kathleen into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”
Three years ago, Kathleen Roza embarked on a career as a Medical Marijuana Caregiver. Six months ago, she started a new company, The Seedy Alchemist. Her goal is to educate others about the medical benefits of CBD and provide customers with a variety of quality products.
“Many people I knew didn't want to use medical marijuana because they didn't want to feel ‘high’ so I decided to make a product that everyone could use without the intoxicating feeling that THC gives you,” Ms. Roza said.
As the Owner, CEO and product producer of The Seedy Alchemist, Ms. Roza uses the business skills she has honed as a former Licensed Real Estate Agent and Owner of a property management company to manage her new business. “I have made edible and infused oils and butter for the last three years,” she said. “These skills also came in handy when making my CBD products.”
Hearing from customers about how her products have helped their loved ones is rewarding to Ms. Roza and helps to drive her passion for enlightening others about the benefits of CBD products. She is committed to growing her company. “I would love to have my CBD products in various health food stores, wellness centers and chiropractic offices around the United States,” she added.
