About Margaret Thomas
Margaret Thomas has been in the real estate arena for 41 years, during which time she took a ten-year hiatus to raise her children. She is affiliated with West USA Realty-Peoria. Margaret sells residential properties in many different parts of the Greater Phoenix area, but specializes in age restricted communities, and homes on the golf course. Her clients include snowbirds, people buying larger homes and those downsizing. She has also recently tapped into a new market, particularly in Surprise, Arizona of “New Builds,” some specializing in the addition of RV garages and ‘New Gen” – apartments connected to two generations. Margaret serves as a Relocation Specialist, Listing Agent and a Buyer's Representative.

Margaret earned a B.A. in Home Economics from Point Loma Nazarene University in 1964. She received her real estate license in California in 1978 – licensed in Massachusetts, then relocated and licensed in Arizona in 1986. She served with Merrill Lynch in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Margaret is a Lifetime Member of the President’s Roundtable and a Multi-Million $ Producer. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors. In her spare time, Margaret enjoys community outreach, entertaining, spending time with her family and teaching and singing in the church choir.
