Keith Boroch, Vice President at McBee, will present the session “Getting Outside Your Silo – Global Healthcare Environment,” on July 15 at 11:00 a.m. This session will provide an overview of the key drivers and incentives for all healthcare providers so home care and hospice leaders can facilitate collaborative relationships across the continuum. Maria Warren, Consulting Director at McBee, will present the session “Positioning Back Office Infrastructure to Prepare for Growth,” on July 16 at 11:30 a.m. Home health organizations, both new and established, are now facing severe reimbursement and regulatory changes. This session will help identify opportunities to focus on business office initiatives that provide the greatest return on investment and provide better insight into the financial performance of the agency.
