COLOGNE, Minn., Jan. 19, 2019 — The Cologne community is invited to take part in an event called the “Extraordinary Expo”—an effort to showcase the academic excellence and amazing work of students at Cologne Academy. On Thursday, Jan. 24 at 5 p.m. hundreds of elementary school and middle school students will proudly display their artwork, media projects, history projects, and science projects at the expo.
This celebration coincides with the history-making celebration of National School Choice Week 2019, which will feature more than 40,000 school choice events across all 50 states.
“This event showcases the uniqueness of Cologne Academy and its focus on growth and achievement for each scholar. We are proud to be a school of choice for parents, educators, and students. But we are even more amazed by the academic excellence of our students,” said Lynn Peterson, executive director of Cologne Academy.
The event is open to media and public.
As a nonpartisan, nonpolitical public awareness effort, National School Choice Week shines a positive spotlight on effective education options for students, families, and communities around the country.
