Ziegler, a privately held investment bank, capital markets, and proprietary investments firm, is pleased to announce its role as one of the anchor investors in the Locust Point Private Credit Fund, which has closed oversubscribed at $312 million. The Locust Point Private Credit Fund provides opportunistic senior debt, subordinated debt, and preferred equity financing for acquisitions, refinancing, new construction, renovations, and working capital, or any combination thereof to owner/operators in the senior housing and long-term care industries.
