​Every quarter the customer acquisition industry holds a leadership conference, Ceasar indicated. He and Carlyn represented Nova Enterprises at the most recent event. Networking with professionals from around the country was a key focus of the get-together. Ceasar indicated that it was a major success for him and his associate.

“We recently had the opportunity to travel to Dallas, Texas and attend the top leaders conference,” he said. “Carlyn and I networked with people and heard how our industry has affected the lives of others. Leadership conferences such as these help us realize how big this business is and puts everything into a clearer and bigger picture.”

By networking with these other professionals, the Nova Enterprises team members learned about the most cutting-edge ideas and strategies in the industry. They also got to share some of their own experiences.

“There’s a lot of content at most of these conferences,” he said. “This is great, but it is easy to get a little overwhelmed. One great way to synthesize insight is to distill every talk into a single, major takeaway. Bring this back to the office and execute on it. It is better to turn a few ideas into action than to learn a lot of ideas but never use them.”

Ceasar also recommended getting together with colleagues. “The networking is such a valuable part of these events. I encourage everyone to have some private meetings during conferences. This is a great strategy for deepening conversations and achieving professional growth.”
