BATTLEGROUND, Wash., September 27, 2017 (PRESS RELEASE JET) – Treasure Investments Corporation, a fine art company, is preparing for some serious growth. CEO Mark Russo is in the process of preparing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2018, as well as signed a 5-year lease with option to purchase a brand new office building at 808 SE Commerce Ave, Battleground, WA, 98604. The new building had been sitting dormant for many years as an incomplete cold shell. The incredible negotiated option gives TIC the right to purchase the building in its entirety with a value of over $1.5 million for only $580,000 in the first year with the option price only going up $20,000 a year for the full term of the lease. Additionally, Mark Russo negotiated that the tenant improvements up to $100,000.00 paid for by TIC be deducted from the lease payment spread out over the 5-year term. This amazing deal will allow TIC and its shareholders the ability to own the building for a fraction of its true price adding to more shareholder value.
The new office and buildout will be complete in mid-October 2017 and is sure to be a new and special showroom and additional location for Treasure Investments corporate team. The new building is located at 808 SE. Commerce Avenue in Battleground, Washington. With a focus on philanthropy, the fine art company provides high-end limited-edition bronze sculptures for charity fundraising events as well as creates and distributes its world-class images to fine art galleries in the United States.
“Treasure Investments Corporation’s mold collection was just appraised at more than $900 million, and the company is poised for continued growth well into next year and beyond,” says Russo. “We have a strong focus on philanthropy and are focused on using our resources and collection to support those organizations who are truly making a difference.”
Over the last 35 years, Treasure Investments Corporation has amassed a master mold collection of more than 700 original works of art including many works from world-famous artists, Lorenzo Ghiglieri and Laran Ghiglieri, as well as master molds that originated from the Vatican and the Villa Borghese Museum in Rome. Bernini and Michelangelo are also among the artists that are included in the mold collection. The company is also working with Laran Ghiglieri to create new pieces for the collection.
The charity auction division is one of the main divisions within the company. It was created from an innovative concept Russo came up with in 1998. Treasure Investments Corporation provides valuable bronze castings to nonprofits for their galas and other charity fundraising events with no upfront cost. Then the company provides the nonprofit 50 percent of the final bid price with no strings attached. This model has created tens of millions of dollars in revenue for the nonprofits that have partnered with Treasure Investments Corporation.
Treasure Investments Corporation has already received some great reviews from those that have utilized this innovative fundraising avenue. Marty from the Rotary Club of Puget Sound says,
“Thanks to Treasure Investments Corporation, we have been able to raise more than $20,000 directly from the sale of their art pieces and have stimulated interest and attendance due to the quality and uniqueness of their offerings. Their process of shipping and returning fine works of art shifts the entire burden and risk to them. If you are looking for a high-end centerpiece in order to stimulate interest and successful fund-raising, I would highly recommend Treasure Investments Corporation as a source of beautiful, quality art.”
