“This marks a milestone for SLM and for everyone here,” said CEO Susan Daywitt. “It’s not every day our real-world achievements are translated into measurable results, and then recognized by the media.”
Daywitt, who founded the company in 1998, also pointed out that the ranking, the highest yet achieved by SLM, was reached bit by bit and job by job. “Every team member is fully engaged, every day. That’s the key to our success.”
Based in Green Lane PA, SLM started as a sustainable facility waste management provider serving corporate and hospitality facilities. SLM has since expanded its scope to encompass full-property management, including landscaping and handyman services.
