Tuesday, September 18th should be a TREIA Monthly Meeting to remember. That’s due to an intriguing topic introduced by American IRA’s Sean McKay: managing real estate deals within a Self-Directed IRA. The topic is expected to focus on flips, rentals, wholesale deals, and private lending—and Sean McKay’s presentation will help explain to the audience how to handle these various transactions within a Self-Directed IRA.
The TREIA event represents the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association, an organization representing communities including Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. TREIA regularly holds real estate events with guest speakers like Sean McKay to keep real estate investors in the loop as to the latest strategies and developments in the real estate investing world. Sean McKay’s presentation on investing with various strategies through a Self-Directed IRA will take place on Tuesday, September 18th.
