Cynopsis Media announced the call for entries for the annual Short Form Video Awards, recognizing outstanding short form content and storytelling across all platforms. Entries are being accepted from now through October 10. Finalists will be showcased at the Cynopsis Short Form Video Festival & Conference in early March 2019 in New York City.
